You are signing up for a Basic plan. Your card will be charged $20.00 after your 1 month trial period and then every 1 month there after.

Enter the name of your business and the domain you'd like to use for your branded URLs. You must own the domain or control the domain settings. NOTE: After signup we will provide you with details on pointing your domain at our site. In order for this to work you need to point the subdomain or domain at our site. This means that you need to be able to change the DNS settings for that domain.

NOTE: Generally speaking, the domain you choose cannot serve a dual purpose. But if you do not want to create a new subdomain (s.eyestreet.com) you may use an existing domain (www.eyestreet.com).
