You are signing up for a Premium plan. Your card will be charged $100.00 after your 1 month trial period and then every 1 month there after.

Enter the name of your business and the domain you'd like to use for your branded URLs. You must own the domain or control the domain settings. NOTE: After signup we will provide you with details on pointing your domain at our site. In order for this to work you need to point the subdomain or domain at our site. This means that you need to be able to change the DNS settings for that domain.
