You are signing up for a Premium Yearly plan. Your card will be charged $1,000.00 after your 1 month trial period and then every 12 months there after.

NOTE: After signup we will provide you with details on pointing your domain at our site. In order for this to work you need to point the subdomain or domain at our site. This means that you need to be able to change the DNS settings for that domain.
